(NEW YORK) — The Pittsburgh Steelers and Tennessee Titans game, originally set for Sunday, will be rescheduled to allow more time for daily COVID-19 testing, the NFL said Wednesday.

ESPN reported that four Titans players and five team personnel members tested positive for COVID-19 this week.

The game will be played on Monday or Tuesday, the NFL said in a statement.

The Minnesota Vikings, who played the Titans over the weekend, have not reported any COVID-19 cases, an NFL spokesperson told ESPN.

(NEW YORK) — There’s another celebrity baby on the way. This time, its from Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his fiancée Brittany Matthews.

The couple, who have been dating since high school, shared their baby news with the world on Tuesday via Instagram posts.

Alongside a snapshot of Matthews, 25, holding a picture of the sonogram with Mahomes hugging her from behind, she wrote, “Mom & Dad, taking a small detour to the wedding,” followed by a red heart emoji.

The Super Bowl MVP award winner, also 25, shared a closeup of the same photo to his page and kept the caption simple with one red heart emoji.

The baby news comes shortly after Mahomes and Matthews announced their engagement earlier this month.

(NEW YORK) — The National Football League announced Tuesday that three players for the Tennessee Titans have tested positive for COVID-19 along with five of the team’s non-player personnel.

As a result, the Titans will suspend in-person club activities starting Tuesday. The Minnesota Vikings, who played the Titans on Sunday, will also suspend in-person club activities.

“Both clubs are working closely with the NFL and the NFLPA, including our infectious disease experts, to evaluate close contacts, perform additional testing and monitor developments,” the NFL said in a statement Tuesday. “All decisions will be made with health and safety as our primary consideration. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.”
